Stay Opted In To Keep Earning Rewards
To continue earning Camel Rewards, your phone number must remain opted-in to receive texts from Camel Express.
If you reply “STOP” to any message, you’ll be removed from all Camel programs, including rewards. This will:
- Reset your points
- Erase any free wash progress
- Prevent future rewards from being tracked
To keep earning, simply stay opted in.
Can I Claim My Free Wash with Receipts?
If you made three retail wash purchases before April 30, 2025, you may present your receipts in person to claim your free 4th wash.
After April 30, 2025, receipts will no longer be accepted. If you opt out after that date, you’ll need to start over in the rewards system. No exceptions.
Opted Out by Mistake?
No worries!
Just reply "START" to your Camel Rewards text thread and then enter your phone number at the pay station during your next visit—your rewards will begin tracking again.
Can I Get Rewards Without Marketing Texts?
We understand not everyone wants promotional messages. However, our system requires members to be opted in to track and deliver rewards, it’s currently built into the technology and can’t be separated.
Good news: we’ll never send more than 4 texts per month. If you receive more, please email us at marketing@camelexpress.com — it may be an error.

When you receive a text with a birthday form, fill it out with your name, birthday, and rewards phone number to receive your birthday reward
